2 DAYS TARANGIRE AND SERENGETI BUDGET SAFARI ITINERARY

DAY 1: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

You will pick up with our Safar guide at the airport in Arusha or at the Hotel and transfer to Tarangire, with a packed lunch. Tarangire National Park is on a good tarmac road across gently rolling Masai plains with scattered acacia trees. As we zip along we pass many Masai in their colorful dress walking on the roadside, riding bicycles, herding cattle, and driving donkey’s carts. Tarangire National Park, well known for its large elephant herds, is also host to a multitude of other creatures. From the open roof of our state-of-the-art safari jeep, we experience the seasonal swamps, savanna, and life-giving Tarangire River endeavoring to encounter a multitude of creatures from zebra to wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe, to name but a few. You may see lions or leopards watching, relaxing in the trees above, In the afternoon you will be saved lunch at the picnic site, and after lunch, you  will keep on with the game drive  until  late afternoon  then transfer  to Your hotel for dinner and overnight

DAY 2: NGORONGORO CRATER 

After breakfast at 6:00 am we drive to the Ngorongoro Seneto gate of the crater, then we will drive down the crater floor where you will do game and explore the floor of the crater, you will have enough time to see many cats in the morning like Lion, hyenas, and others. Lunch will be saved at a designated picnic site near a hippo pool afterward, continue with game drives. You can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. With a bit of luck the ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only, late afternoon drive to Arusha take a flight in the evening back to Zanzibar, after land in Zanzibar you will meet with our driver and transfer to your hotel for drop off
